During the session, we walk through your situation step by step, helping you understand the appropriate approach so you can complete the work with confidence. Appointments are available Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., to fit your schedule.

After your Zoom consultation, you may need specific electrical materials to complete your project. If desired, we can provide a custom material list via email, helping you identify exactly what you need and where to obtain it. You can then source the materials and handle the installation yourself. Should you need additional one-on-one guidance during the project, simply book another Zoom session for further support.

During our Zoom call, as we go through your issue or project, you may decide that you’d prefer not to handle it yourself. We offer an On-Site service, where our team can complete the work for you just like a traditional electrical contractor. The cost of your Zoom consultation will be credited toward your On-Site service. Because we’ve already assessed your project virtually, ElectriHelp can complete the job faster and more efficiently than other contractors, with all the necessary materials ready from the start.
