Public ChatGPT plugin access is not available yet. Customers and contractors can use the website without ChatGPT. ElectriHelp is independent of OpenAI; joining does not guarantee placement in AI results or referrals.

Customers need a real electrician. Contractors need enough information to decide whether a job fits. ElectriHelp brings the request, location and project details together so the conversation starts in the right place.
A fee only when you earn
Free to join. 2% after a completed, paid job.
The fee is 2% of the final pre-tax amount for a job introduced through ElectriHelp, including labour, materials and agreed changes. No fee for an unsuccessful lead, an unpaid or cancelled job, or unrelated future work.

Report the completed job and customer payment in your account. We verify it, then include it on the monthly statement. For example, verified October fees appear on a November 1 statement due by the end of November 30, Toronto time. Delivered, overdue, undisputed balances pause new invitations until resolved; your existing jobs and account remain accessible.
Bank transfer, Canadian Interac e-transfer, cheque and cash can be arranged with us and are credited after receipt is verified. Stripe card payments are being connected and will appear in your account when available. Never send cash or bank details without agreeing on instructions with us first.

Do customers need ChatGPT?
No. The website handles requests, quotes and account updates. The ChatGPT integration is coming soon and is currently in private testing. Public plugin access is not available yet. Neither AI visibility nor a particular amount of work is guaranteed.
How are opportunities matched?
Requests are matched to service territory, work preferences and availability. Opportunity volume varies by location and customer demand. You decide which requests to pursue.
What do you check before sending opportunities?
Before activation, we review company and contact information, the credentials required for the work and jurisdiction, and evidence of liability insurance. We may request clarification or supporting documents. Applying alone does not mean your company is approved.
Do other contractors receive the same request?
We may approach more than one suitable contractor. Opportunities are not guaranteed to be exclusive, and customers choose how to proceed. We aim for relevant introductions rather than broad distribution.
Who handles quotes, permits and payment?
You agree on scope, pricing and scheduling with the customer. You remain responsible for your work, applicable licensing, permits, inspections, insurance, invoicing and warranty obligations. An intake summary is not a technical design or site inspection.
Can I pause, and when does my name appear?
You can pause new opportunities from your account. Your company is not listed on the public coverage map. A requesting customer sees your company name when you send a quote or site-visit proposal; contact details are shared with the customer’s separate approval.
Where are you accepting contractors?
Across Canada and the United States. Current customer coverage is in southwestern Ontario; joining elsewhere helps us build coverage, and does not promise immediate requests.

We do our best to review complete applications within two business days, Monday–Friday excluding holidays. Watch your email and account for updates. Approval, accepted fee terms and your availability setting are required before new invitations.
