ElectriHelp began with online electrical consultations. That experience reinforced something simple: most people looking for electrical help want a qualified electrician to come to their property and do the work.

Our focus is now an electrical-only contractor network. Customers describe what they need. We organize the information, check relevant participating contractors and help customers take the next step.

Contractors keep control of their service territories, the jobs they accept, their pricing and their customer relationships. Customers keep the choice of whom to hire.

Electrical help, made practical.

ElectriHelp brings service areas, work preferences and project details together. Customers use guided questions, approve what is shared, and review replies in their account. Contractors choose which requests fit their work.

Availability depends on location, scope and contractor schedules. We give you a clear answer about the next step.

A place for electricians in an AI-connected world.

ElectriHelp’s mission is to help electrical contractors reach customers through the tools those customers use—including AI. A useful answer to an electrical question often leads to a practical need: a qualified person on site.

The website is the direct route to an electrical request. Our planned ChatGPT integration is coming soon and is currently in private testing. Contractors keep control of the work; ElectriHelp organizes the request and introduction.

Public ChatGPT plugin access is not available yet. You can create and manage requests on the website without ChatGPT. ElectriHelp is independent of OpenAI; joining does not guarantee placement in AI results or referrals.

Local coverage. Room to grow.

Current customer coverage is southwestern Ontario: Windsor and Sarnia through Goderich, Kitchener and Hamilton, including the area south to Lake Erie. Toronto is outside current coverage. We welcome contractor applications across Canada and the United States to build future service areas.

Contractors pay no signup, subscription or upfront lead fees. The success fee is 2% on a platform job only after it is complete and the contractor has been paid. See the full fee policy.

Electrical safety stays part of the job.

Project intake helps clarify a request; it does not replace an on-site assessment, applicable permits or a contractor’s professional judgment. Customers are never asked to open electrical equipment or touch wiring to complete a request.
