ElectriConnect Network
On-Site Electrical Service, Dispatched by ElectriHelp
ElectriConnect Network is ElectriHelp’s verified on-site contractor network—built to connect customers with licensed electricians through a smarter, more transparent service process.
ElectriHelp acts as the Dispatcher of Record, helping customers identify what their electrical issue is most likely to be before anyone shows up on site through ElectriFix Quick Diagnosis, 30-minute Zoom Call, or Project Planning Call. When in-person service is required, we coordinate trusted contractors through the ElectriConnect Network to deliver a smoother, more professional experience from start to finish. Upon completion of your job with the contractor sourced through ElectriConnect you are entitled to a full refund of your paid service from ElectriHelp.
This is not a lead marketplace.
It’s a better way to move electrical work forward.
For Customers: Confidence Before the Truck Arrives
Electrical problems can be stressful—especially when you’re not sure what’s wrong or who to trust.
ElectriHelp helps remove that uncertainty.
Before any on-site work is scheduled, customers work directly with ElectriHelp through a virtual diagnosis or planning call. In many cases, we can determine the most likely cause of the issue—or narrow it down significantly—so you’re not starting from zero when an electrician arrives.
When on-site service is needed, your job is posted to the ElectriConnect Network with clear, organized details so licensed contractors can provide accurate bids.
You see your options clearly.
You choose the electrician.
No pressure. No guesswork.
For Contractors: Better Jobs, Not More Chaos
ElectriConnect Network is designed for professional electricians who want real service work—without ads, lead platforms, or time-wasting quote requests.
Every ElectriConnect job comes from a paying ElectriHelp customer. These are not casual quote shoppers. Customers have already invested in understanding their issue or project before the job reaches the network.
What contractors receive:
Pre-diagnosed or pre-planned jobs
Clear scope and expectations
Photos, videos, and notes when available
Customers who already understand the problem
No subscriptions, no bidding fees, no revenue cuts
Contractors bid based on real information and only pay if they are selected.
How ElectriConnect Works
1. Customers Start with ElectriHelp
Customers use ElectriHelp for virtual troubleshooting, diagnosis, or project planning. This filters out guesswork and unnecessary site visits.
2. Jobs Are Posted to ElectriConnect
When on-site service is required, ElectriHelp posts a clearly scoped job to the ElectriConnect Network.
3. Contractors Submit Blind Bids
Verified contractors submit bids without seeing competitors’ pricing. Customers see bids side-by-side for fair comparison.
4. Customers Choose
To keep things simple, customers are shown up to three top bids, ranked by:
Price
Estimated completion timeline
Contractor reliability and quality
ElectriHelp may include a neutral recommendation, but the final choice always belongs to the customer.
5. Contractors Pay Only If Selected
Contractors pay a fixed Success Fee only after their bid is chosen. Once paid, full job details are released and work proceeds directly between contractor and customer.
Why This Is Different
Customers start informed, not in the dark
Contractors compete on clarity, not confusion
Honest electricians are protected from tire-kickers
Customers are protected from unnecessary upselling
ElectriHelp stays neutral and focused on quality
No subscriptions.

Contractor Questions, Answered
-
ElectriConnect Network is ElectriHelp’s verified on-site contractor network. Jobs are coordinated by ElectriHelp after professional virtual diagnosis, then posted for licensed electricians to bid on. Customers choose their contractor. Contractors only pay if selected.
-
ElectriConnect is not a lead-generation platform.
Every job comes from a paying ElectriHelp customer who has already gone through troubleshooting, diagnosis, or project planning. That means fewer tire-kickers, clearer scope, and better outcomes for everyone involved. -
ElectriHelp has no direct relationship with contractors beyond facilitating job opportunities through ElectriConnect. However, contractors working on jobs sourced from ElectriConnect are expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism, reliability, and workmanship. These standards protect customers, uphold ElectriHelp’s reputation, and ensure jobs are handled safely and efficiently.
Contractor Standards (Required)

Customers pay for ElectriHelp’s virtual services (diagnosis or project planning).
Viewing bids and choosing a contractor through ElectriConnect does not cost anything extra. -
Yes. Contractors must maintain appropriate licensing and insurance to remain active on the ElectriConnect Network. But, we will not conduct ourselves as a policing authority - it is your responsibility to uphold contractor requirements. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions when you proceed with membership you agree to this.
-
The Success Fee covers ElectriHelp’s diagnostic, planning, and coordination work. Contractors only pay the fee after their bid is chosen by the customer. There are no subscriptions, bidding fees, or revenue percentages.
If a contractor doesn’t win the job, they don’t pay.
-
No. All bids are blind. Contractors never see competing prices or proposals. Customers see bids side-by-side so they can make an informed decision without pressure.
-
To reduce confusion and improve decision-making, customers are shown up the top choice, ranked by price, timeline, and contractor reliability. This keeps the process focused and fair while still allowing real competition.
-
ElectriHelp may include a neutral recommendation based on available data, but the final choice always belongs to the customer. ElectriHelp does not receive a cut of the contractor’s job and remains neutral in the selection process.
-
Jobs typically include:
A clear description of the issue or project
Notes from the virtual diagnosis or planning call
Photos and videos when available
Known constraints or ruled-out causes
Initial material considerations when applicable
This helps contractors quote accurately and arrive prepared.
-
Virtual diagnosis helps identify the most likely issue or narrow it down significantly, but on-site work can still reveal new information. Contractors apply their professional judgment on site, and customers benefit from starting the conversation informed rather than in the dark.
-
ElectriHelp’s upfront diagnosis helps customers understand what the issue is most likely to be before a contractor arrives. This makes unnecessary or unrelated work harder to justify and creates a fairer environment for honest professionals.
-
No. Once a contractor is selected and the Success Fee is paid, the customers detailed address and contact information is released. Then the contractor schedules directly with the customer and handles invoicing and payment independently. Once the job is completed the customer is entitled to a full refund on their Zoom Call charge.
-
ElectriConnect is available wherever ElectriHelp operates and continues to expand as new areas are supported.
-
Contractors can apply to join for free. Once verified, they gain access to the ElectriConnect app where they can view jobs, submit bids, and unlock jobs they win.
-
ElectriConnect is a performance-driven network. Contractors who consistently fail to meet professional standards may be removed to protect customers and maintain network quality.
