During these sessions, we help diagnose issues, explain what’s happening in plain language, outline realistic solutions, and guide you through next steps.

If hands-on service is required, we can coordinate on-site work through our ElectriConnect Network of verified, licensed electricians (where service is available).

How does the Zoom consultation work?

After booking, you’ll receive confirmation and instructions.

During the call, we:

• Discuss materials if needed

You’ll leave with clarity and a practical plan — whether you complete the work yourself or hire a licensed electrician.

Is the Zoom consultation refundable?

If on-site service is selected after a 30-Minute Zoom Call, and the job is within our current ElectriConnect service area, the Zoom consultation fee may be credited toward the on-site service (where applicable).

ElectriFix Diagnosis and ElectriGuide are not refundable, as they provide detailed guidance, planning documentation, and material lists.

If you are outside our service area, we can still assist by reviewing contractor quotes and helping you compare scope and pricing.

Does ElectriHelp perform on-site electrical work?

ElectriHelp itself provides online consultation, planning, and coordination.

On-site work is completed by independent licensed electricians within our ElectriConnect Network where service is available.

All participating contractors are licensed and insured.

How do payments work?
