FAQs
What services do you offer?
1
ElectriHelp provides professional online electrical support for both residential and commercial needs through services like ElectriFix Quick Diagnosis, 30-Minute Zoom Troubleshooting Calls, and Project Planning Calls. During these sessions, we help diagnose electrical issues, explain what’s happening in plain language, and outline the most likely solution.
If your issue requires hands-on work, ElectriHelp can coordinate on-site service through our ElectriConnect Network of verified, licensed electricians. Jobs posted to ElectriConnect are based on real customer consultations, detailed notes, and supporting photos or videos—so contractors can quote accurately and arrive prepared.
When on-site service is selected after an ElectriFix Quick Diagnosis or 30-Minute Zoom Call, the cost of that virtual service is refunded to your original payment method once a contractor is chosen. Project Planning Calls are not refundable, as they involve detailed plans, material lists, and guidance intended for customers completing their own work.
ElectriHelp does not perform on-site electrical work. Instead, we focus on clarity, preparation, and coordination—helping customers make informed decisions and connect with qualified professionals when in-person service is needed.
How do I get started?
2
ElectriHelp combines licensed electrical expertise with modern, face-to-face online support to help customers understand what’s actually going on before work begins. Through our Zoom consultations, we guide you step by step to diagnose issues, explain risks, and outline realistic solutions—without pressure or guesswork.
What truly sets ElectriHelp apart is what happens after the diagnosis. When hands-on service is required, we coordinate on-site work through our ElectriConnect Network of verified, licensed electricians. Because the issue has already been reviewed and documented, contractors receive clear job details, expected materials, and guidance—allowing them to quote accurately and arrive prepared. This helps protect customers from unnecessary work, reduces surprises, and creates a more efficient experience for everyone involved.
By the time you’re done working with ElectriHelp, you’ll have clarity, confidence, and a clear path forward—whether you complete the work yourself or choose a qualified electrician through ElectriConnect.
Getting started is simple. Should you have any questions, feel free to contact us via our Contact page. Otherwise, you can book a Zoom call on our Book Our Service page-follow the directives and choose a time that fits your schedule.
